BATTCON has been made aware that a number of individuals have been contacted by service providers who (a) offered to assist in securing hotel accommodations; (b) stated that because the official event hotel is overbooked, they will locate alternate hotel accommodations; or (c) stated that they are able to sell copies of the attendee list.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PROVIDERS DO NOT REPRESENT BATTCON NOR HAVE WE AUTHORIZED THEM OR ANYONE ELSE TO CONTACT ATTENDEES ON OUR BEHALF. YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO RESERVE A ROOM OR ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH THESE UNAUTHORIZED PROVIDERS.
Hotel
BATTCON 2023 will be held at the Rosen Centre Hotel. 9840 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.
The conference registration fee does not include the hotel accommodations. Attendees must make their own hotel reservations. BATTCON has a special reduced group rate at the Rosen Centre Hotel, Orlando, FL for all BATTCON attendees of $195/night plus tax. This rate applies to conference dates, including 3 days prior & 3 days after the event, based on availability.
Federal, state, military, or local government employees are eligible for a government per diem rate at the hotel. You will need proper government identification at check-in. Rate is subject to tax.

Transportation
Rosen Centre Hotel, Orlando, FL does not offer airport shuttle service. Uber & Lyft are available at Orlando International Airport.
